How it works
- Enroll. Submit your enrollment form. Our team reviews each submission against current research needs and expertise alignment.
- Profile and onboarding. Selected applicants complete a short onboarding that captures areas of expertise and confirms confidentiality standards.
- Receive curated invitations.When a project matches your profile, you’ll receive an email invitation with scope, time commitment, and honorarium.
- Participate. Engage in professionally managed research sessions — interviews, roundtables, or written consultations, depending on the project.
- Receive compensation. Honoraria are processed promptly via Tremendous after each engagement.

Membership is selective and based on expertise alignment with active research needs. Enrollment does not guarantee acceptance, participation in specific studies, or compensation.
A note on privacy
Participation in the Storyline Strategy Council — including the collection and processing of data submitted during enrollment and research activities — is governed by the separate Strategy Council Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. Our website privacy policy does not cover Council data processing.
